On Day 1, Sri Satguru Ji declared open the concert by signing the ‘Signing Post’, a part of the ‘Sri Satguru Jagjit Singh Ji Exhibition’

Vocalists Meeta Pandit of GWALIOR GHARANA and the sixth in this unbroken lineage. Her melodious and robust voice coupled with intricate handling of ragas. Towards the conclusion of her soulful presentation, Meeta Pandit rendered a Punjabi Tappa, a well known specialist of her Gharana. Besides Khayal, Gwalior is well known for its Tappa, Tarana, Ashtapadi, Thumri and Pad respectively.
