6pm-7pm – Naam Simran
7pm-7:15pm – Katha
In this unprecedented time we have to manage the programs cautiously. The considerations are as follows –
-Attend the program only if you are double vaccinated AND do not have any COVID symptoms. If you are not double vaccinated, you may still attend if your lateral flow test is negative. It applies to all age groups.
-Be aware of social distancing while attending the program.
-Mark your attendance on the register at the NSC by writing your name and contact number.
– The Prasad will be provided in take away bag. Please do not bring anything to share with sangat.
– Let us know if you are going to attend Saturday program.
